As you have probably noticed, the weather outside has been amazing lately. Getting out to skate is extremely tempting but where finals are coming up soon I might find myself in the library wishing I was outside skating. Anyway, I went filming again the other day and Ryan lebel and he got this line at Sobeys.

Just a short update from me this time. Mid term season is over and finals are in two weeks, so I'll busy again soon enough. I got a little filming done today though and Austin Murray was at one spot so he threw down a SS BS 180 at post 6 for all of you to enjoy.

Justin Martin - Tail Bounce

Shot this last fall, it was supposed to get used for something that kind of fell through, and I just remembered it. This is even more gnarly that it looks and Justin lost some skin and a large amount of fabric on his beautiful sweater trying this.



Ps, if anyone out there would like to write me up a commentary on the Constitutionality of Kirpans in Public school, with special regard to the R. v. Singh case it would be much appreciated. 5 pages should do, APA format, I'll need it by this time tmrw. thanks in advance!

First MK1 Footy

As some of you may know I bought an MK1 off of Jeff Pno around christmas time since he punched his vx then threw it at a door. Between not having a charger and school work I haven't really had time to film with it until this week. I still have to get used to how much wider it is than my previous fisheye but here's some footage I filmed earlier this week when I was skating with Mark and Kyle.

Update!

I'm currently struggling with my setup. For the longest time I didn't have a charger for my vx1000, and now my capture camera is broken. I have six or seven tapes that I've wanted to put on my computer but haven't been able to. Being a university student, I have little spending money to begin with so it looks like I'll be waiting until summer to buy a new capture cam.
